Do you carry this product in my local NORMAL-store?

We are sorry but we cannot advise you whether a specific product is stocked in a specific store. You are, however, always welcome to contact your local store directly. Find the nearest store here:

Will this product come back in stock?

We have a large permanent assortment of products which we always stock, but a key element of our concept is to constantly present new and exciting products – our so-called campaign products which we only carry as long as stock is available. Moreover, our stores do not carry the exact same products. Large stores will have more campaign products than small stores, or a product can be sold out in one store, but still in stock in another store.

Can I pre-order a product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pre-order products at NORMAL.

Can you carry this product at NORMAL?

If you have inputs or ideas to products that you think we should sell at NORMAL, please send us an e-mail addressed to indkob@NORMAL.dk, and our Purchasing Department will consider whether we should try to get the relevant product for our stores.

How does NORMAL handle personal data?

All handling of personal data within NORMAL, whether through NORMAL´s website or otherwise, is performed in accordance with applicable national legislation on the handling of personal data. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have given your consent to such disclosure or if disclosure is required by law.

Return service and complaints

Can I return an article if I regret my purchase?

You can always return an article as long as it is unused and in intact, original packaging and subject to the presentation of a receipt. Products can be returned in any NORMAL store, provided that the store is in the same country as the store where you bought your product. We can exchange your product to another product and/or you can get your money back. Foodstuffs cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?

Complaints must be filed personally in the store subject to presentation of a receipt.

Does NORMAL wish to make sponsorships?

Is it possible to buy NORMALs assortment online?

It is not possible to buy articles online or to have purchases delivered at home.
